Shiloh's owner can no longer keep and care for him. She is in her late 60's and her health is failing. Also, "Shiloh" has started getting out of his enclosure. He has gotten out a couple of times but did come back after a few hours. His owner has resorted to having to keep him on a chain! She tries to walk him, but he is very strong and has pulled her over knocking her off her feet and bruising her badly.
Shiloh is very timid and only accepts his owner and a friend of hers to get near him. Having to be kept on a chain, he has been showing signs of depression. His owner has worked hard to take care of and provide the best conditions she can for him, but cannot afford to build the enclosure he needs. He is a beautiful animal and needs to have a special home where he will have an escape proof enclosure.
He would be a wonderful companion for a sweet female wolfdog. His owner is almost out of time being able to keep him and has expressed that the very last resort would be to have to put him down, and his situation is very heartbreaking! He is not mean or aggressive, just very shy and deserves to have a life where he will be loved for who he is.
