We celebrate Howl-O-Ween a bit differently.  No costumes, no candy.  Just lots of carved pumpkins full of food. They also get to try out their problem solving capabilities with a bucket full of apples. They will bob with their muzzle for quite awhile until one gets tired and takes a swipe at them with a paw. Some of the canines carry their meat-filled pumpkins around for hours. While others devour it all in no time flat. The bears get their kibble and biscuits mixed with veggies and fruit stuffed in a pumpkin.
