Hailey UPDATES! 04/29/2008 Mom ADOPTION PENDING We still have 3 of the boys left for adoption Mom & pups are now safely in foster so urgency is gone. The pups are now 8 weeks old and ready to be adopted! - 04/10/2008 Puppies Mid Content Wolfdog Adoptables | Momma & Puppies | | Mother | A female wolfdog and her six puppies were captured under a porch and are being held by the Animal Shelter of Wood River Valley near Hailey, ID. Little information is available at this time. She is considered to be a very large midcontent german shepherd/wolf mix.
Neighbors had complained that this stray had become aggressive towards dogs and called the authorities to capture her. She is now safe and doing a very good job of raising her litter, however her time is limited. She has not shown any aggressiveness since arriving at the shelter.
This family needs a save, quiet and loving environment to be fostered until the puppies can be weaned and proper homes can be found.
